The platform igotomars.com (hereinafter "The Platform") is a purely theoretical, artistic, and sociological simulation. It is not a travel agency, a government-affiliated space program, or a commercial space carrier.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF TRANSPORTATION

Enrollment, registration, or the acquisition of any "Digital Colonist Certificate" DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A TICKET, reservation, or right to physical transportation to the planet Mars or any other extraterrestrial body. The Author (Seixil Logic) bears no obligation to provide life support, logistics, or rocket hardware.

3-a. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Author is not responsible for any psychological distress, existential crises, or loss of time resulting from participation in this simulation. Users acknowledge that "Mission Status" is a digital representation of their provided data and has no legal standing in terrestrial or interplanetary courts.

The user acknowledges that any 'fees' or 'contributions' are strictly donations for the maintenance of the digital platform and do not grant any priority in future space programs

4. DATA & SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

By submitting data, the User grants permission for anonymized data processing for sociological research. No personal identifiable information (PII) will be traded. However, the Author is not liable for data breaches occurring beyond reasonable security measures (Force Majeure).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "Seixil Logic" engine, the visual interface, and the concept of "I GO TO MARS" are the intellectual property of the Author. Unauthorized duplication of the "Colonist Certificate" for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

6. SERVICE CONTINUITY & DATA DELETION

The Author reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate The Platform at any time without prior notice. The User acknowledges that all submitted data may be permanently deleted, reset, or altered at the Author's sole discretion. The Author bears no responsibility for the loss of digital status, "Pioneer ID," or any other data entries resulting from system updates or project termination.
